Electrolux Group has decided to cease the business operations in the Philippines effective 3rd quarter2024 and to liquidate Electrolux Philippines, Inc. (the “Company”) thereafter.


To handle this process with due respect and care, the Company will assign its warranty obligations to the Grip Group of Companies, Inc. (GRIP), which will continue to offer warranty services to consumers, who have purchased its products, during the product standard warranty period.
